ABOUT OUR RESTAURANT STAFF DURING PANDEMIC
KELIMUTU
At Kelimutu Lodge we have a chef named Mrs. Ritha.
Together with other staff, Mrs. Ritha helps in the Kelimutu Lodges farm. Mrs. Ritha helps in marketing agricultural products for Lodge such as cabbage and sweet potatoes.
With the results of this agriculture, we hope that we will be able to help the income of Kelimutu Lodge.

MBELILING.
At Mbeliling Lodge we have a chef named Mrs. Dita.
Unlike the Kelimutu lodge in Mbeliling, large scale agriculture, but here we raise catfish and plant several kinds of plants such as bananas, pineapples, taro, sweet potatoes and many others. Mrs Dita helps make various snacks from bananas, cassava and others, all of which we sell so that we can get additional results for lodge.

SATWA.
At Satwa Lodge we have a chef named Mrs Endang.
Unlike the other lodges, until now the National Park is still closed and automatically the lodge are closed too. All the staff here have a side job, namely gardening and raising livestock. Likewise with Mrs Endang, currently she works as a vegetable seller in the mornings and afternoons she sells cooked food and it is very helpful for their family income.

RIMBA.
This Jungle Lodge is very different from our other places. It is deep in the jungle. In this lodge we have a chef named mrs Siti Sahmanik. Currently mrs Manik stays in the Rimba lodge to cook four other Rimba staff. Besides cooking, Mrs Manik also helps with other jobs such as maintaining and cleaning the entire Rimba Lodge area with four other staff.

TENTANG STAFF KAMI DI MASING-MASING LODGE
KELIMUTU
Di Kelimutu lodge kita mempunyai koki yang bernama ibu Ritha.
Bersama dengan staf yang lain ibu Ritha membantu di pertanian Lodges Kelimutu. Ibu RITHA membantu dalam memasarkan hasil pertanian yang ada di Lodges seperti kol dan ubi jalar.
Dengan adanya hasil dari pertanian ini harapan kami akan dapat membantu pendapatan Kelimutu Lodge.

MBELILING.
Di Mbeliling lodge kita mempunyai koki yang bernama ibu Dita.
Berbeda dengan Kelimutu lodge di Mbeliling tidak mengerjakan pertanian tetapi disini kita memelihara ikan lele dan menanam beberapa macam tanaman seperti pisang, nanas, talas, ubi jalar dan banyak lainnya. Ibu DITA membantu membuat aneka snak dari pisang, singkong dan lainnya yang semua itu kita jual agar kita mendapat hasil tambahan untuk lodge.

SATWA.
Di Satwa lodge kita mempunyai koki yang bernama ibu Endang.
Berbeda dengan lodge yang lainnya sampai saat ini Taman Nasional masih ditutup dan secara otomatis lodgepun ikut tutup. Semua staf disini mempunyai kerja sampingan yaitu ada yang berkebun dan berternak. Begitu juga dengan ibu Endang saat ini dia bekerja sebagai penjual sayuran di pagi hari dan sore hari dia berjualan makanan matang dan itu sangat membantu untuk pendapatan keluarga mereka.

RIMBA.
Rimba lodge sangat berbeda dengan tempat kami yang lainnya. Lodge ini berada jauh didalam hutan. Di lodge ini kami mempunyai koki bernama ibu Siti Sahmanik saat ini ibu Manik tetap tinggal di Rimba lodge untuk memasak empat staf Rimba lodge yang tetap bekerja. Selain memasak ibu Manik juga membantu untuk pekerjaan lainnya seperti memelihara dan membersihkan seluruh areal Rimba Lodge bersama empat staf lainnya.
