The Conserve Our World (COW) committee
Program 3.2 REWILD TANJUNG PUTTING NATIONAL PARK
The Indonesia Conservation Foundation – Our World (ICFOW), certified by the Government of Indonesia in May 2020, is an integral part of Ecolodges Indonesia, and is playing a vital part in the company’s survival during the COVID 19 pandemic.
The most important program is REWILD TANJUNG PUTING (see description on Program 3.2 of the website https://ecolodgesindonesia.com/conservation-foundation/ ). This program is also supported by World Relief Australia (WRA) through a special website https://www.wra.org.au/2018conserveourworld where donations attract tax relief for Australian taxpayers. Funds in this program follow a very rigid financial monitoring system to show 100% of funds reach the target group of poor villagers on the edge of wilderness areas. The program is managed in Indonesia by ICFOW through a representative in Australia who is monitored by a committee established by WRA called COW.
COW implements Australian accounting standards as WRA is under the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and can be audited by the latter.
The program 3.2 uses staff from the Rimba Orangutan Ecolodge as seedling growers, planters, and security there by assisting in the survival of this iconic lodge.
We need your help in stage 1 where our aim is 50,000 trees planted on 50 hectares of burnt forest.

Program 3.2 REWILD TANJUNG PUTTING TAMAN NASIONAL
Yayasan Konservasi Indonesia – Our World (ICFOW), yang disertifikasi oleh Pemerintah Indonesia pada Mei 2020, merupakan bagian integral dari Ecolodges Indonesia, dan memainkan peran penting dalam kelangsungan usaha Ecolodges Indonesia selama pandemi COVID 19.
Program yang paling penting adalah REWILD TANJUNG PUTING (silakan melihat deskripsi Program 3.2 dari website https://ecolodgesindonesia.com/conservation-foundation/). Program ini juga didukung oleh World Relief Australia (WRA) melalui situs khusus https://www.wra.org.au/2018conserveourworld dimana donasi menarik keringanan pajak bagi wajib pajak Australia. Dana dalam program ini mengikuti sistem pemantauan keuangan yang sangat ketat untuk menunjukkan 100% dana mencapai kelompok sasaran masyarakat desa miskin di tepi hutan belantara. Program ini dikelola di Indonesia oleh ICFOW melalui perwakilan di Australia yang dimonitor oleh sebuah komite yang dibentuk oleh WRA bernama COW.
COW menerapkan standar akuntansi Australia karena WRA berada di bawah Kantor Perpajakan Australia (ATO) dan dapat diaudit oleh Kantor Perpajakan Australia.
Program 3.2 menggunakan staf dari Rimba Orangutan Ecolodge sebagai penanam bibit, penanam, dan keamanan di sana dengan membantu kelangsungan pondok ikonik ini.
